These terms apply to purchases of the AI Mastery digital bundle ("Product") sold by AI Mastery Online, 37, Vittoria Mall, Althan, Surat, Gujarat ("we", "us").
Product. The Product is a set of downloadable digital files (eBook in PDF and Word format, Prompt Vault PDF and 30-Day Challenge Workbook PDF). No physical item is shipped.
Delivery. Files are delivered digitally immediately after successful payment: download buttons appear on the confirmation page and download links are emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Download links remain valid for 30 days. If you do not receive them within 24 hours, please check your Spam/Promotions folder and then contact us at help@aimasteryonline.com with your Razorpay payment ID.
Licence. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Product. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or upload the files to other platforms.
No guarantees. The Product is educational. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any specific result, income or outcome.
Pricing. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
We collect the information needed to process your order and deliver the Product: name, email address, phone number and payment reference. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
We use your information to deliver your purchase, provide support, and (only if you opt in) send updates. We do not sell your personal data. We use your email address only to send your purchase and reply to your support requests.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing help@aimasteryonline.com. We retain order records as required by law.
Because the Product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If files are corrupted, inaccessible or not delivered, we will resend them or issue a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase to help@aimasteryonline.com with your payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation. Because delivery begins immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. If a payment fails or is debited twice, contact us with the payment ID and any duplicate amount will be refunded.
